Your acceptance enables Roof Repairs Nassau to provide such services, and you acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client” or “Customer”) and Roof Repairs Nassau (the “Company”). If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not proceed with our services.
Roof maintenance, emergency roofing for situations requiring immediate responsiveness, roof installation for new construction, and comprehensive roof replacements are some of the services offered by us. Other services include detailed inspections of existing roofs to assess repairs and ensure the most economical prolongation of roof life. In addition, proactive ongoing maintenance programs tailored towards prevention of costly problems are also offered.
All services are rendered by trained personnel abiding by industry norms, standards, and quality materials. Roof Repairs Nassau holds all required local and state licenses, insurances, and safety certifications in compliance with New York State and Nassau County building codes. Standard construction workplace safety is also adhered to by our team.
All estimates provided by Roof Repairs Nassau are based on information that is visually available and gathered at the time of assessment. Unless specified otherwise, pricing is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance and may be subject to change due to uncovered additional work, a significant increase in material costs, or a difference in time frame between the commencement of the project and the estimated date.
Due to the urgent nature of the call and potential workload after hours, emergency services may follow a different pricing structure. While striving to meet all customer requirements for reasonably priced services, we also focus on maintaining industry standards and quality to guarantee lasting results.
Payment terms are detailed in the service agreement or outlined in the contract provided to the customer. As a general rule, we require a deposit prior to any work being done, with full payment due upon completion. In some cases, a payment schedule tied to specific project milestones may be established. Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted, provided they adhere to our current payment processing policies.
Roof Repairs Nassau extends warranties for both the roofing services provided and the materials incorporated into the projects. Workmanship warranties pertain to the installation and repairs performed during a defined timeframe, while material warranties stem from the manufacturers of the utilized products.

However, Roof Repairs Nassau’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to the Company for the services rendered. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from roofing work, including minor inconveniences, loss of access to the area, or damage to property not personally owned or used by the client.
The customer agrees to remove and/or protect all personal items from the areas to be worked on. We urge clients to remove valuables and delicate items from designated work zones prior to the arrival of our personnel. Any pre-existing damage found will be recorded and reported before work commences.
Failure by the customer to pay Roof Repairs Nassau in a timely fashion constitutes a breach of agreement and grants Roof Repairs Nassau the right to suspend all activities, services, warranties, and shipments until full payment is received. Work will be rescheduled taking into account the suspension period, along with a fee equal to Roof Repairs Nassau’s justified expenses incurred due to shutdown, delays, and increased operational costs following suspension.
Roof Repairs Nassau shall obtain all necessary work permits for roofing work as required by local Nassau County and New York State building regulations. Where permits are mandatory, their pricing will be included in the project quote unless otherwise stated. All work will be performed in accordance with relevant legislation, manufacturer guidelines, and accepted industry practices.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate details about their property and any homeowner association requirements that may impact the roofing work. Additional expenses may be incurred if there are delays caused by non-disclosed compliance requirements or permits outside the contractor’s control.
Scheduling for roofing work may be impacted by rain, snow, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions. Roof Repairs Nassau reserves the right to postpone or reschedule roofing work when weather and site conditions are unsafe. Weather-related schedule changes will be communicated as promptly as possible, and all efforts will be made to minimize customer inconvenience.
Emergency weather-related repairs will be conducted only when safe to do so. Weather may limit the scope of work to temporary measures until conditions improve. The safety of our workers and protection of your property are prioritized in all weather-related decisions.
Customers must ensure clear access to the work area, including the removal of vehicles and other obstacles. Property owners should notify household members and neighbors about scheduled work to enhance safety and limit interruptions. All pets must be kept away from work areas during our team’s presence on the property.
Customers must notify us of any concerns or questions that arise during the work. A final walkthrough with the project supervisor is required before signing any completion documentation. All issues must be raised at that time while the team is still on-site to ensure full satisfaction.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified only through written agreements signed by both parties. Any changes to the scope of work or project specifications must be made in writing and may affect the project timeline and price. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of failure to adhere to payment terms or if the working environment is deemed unsafe.
Either party may request changes with written notice, though cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and materials already ordered or delivered. We will make every effort to negotiate and resolve disputes with clients before any changes are finalized.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes arising from these terms or services delivered shall be adjudicated in either binding arbitration or a court located in Nassau County, New York. Customers may be responsible for reasonable attorney and court fees incurred by Roof Repairs Nassau in defending these terms or enforcing payment for services provided.
